[Sigia-l] Content Updating Frequency

Hi all -

Hate to ask a favor, but I am doing a quick and dirty recommendation list
for a friend as to WHY you have to frequently update content on a main page
of a website / website in general in order to help your user return rate.
Does anyone have any handy-dandy links in this area? If you respond
privately I'll compile the list & send out.
