[Sigia-l] Survey Advice

The most important thing to do is to pilot your questionnaire on a few
'real users' (ie not course mates) - that will help you gauge the level of
problems among your users with specific terminology. Your phrase does sound
a little formal, though - I'd go more for something like "It's easy to see
how to move/get around the site". The simpler the language, the better.

On your second point, try providing a set of items, then also include a
space for further suggestions. The first will help to jog memories, the
second will make it open enough for people to come up with something you
may have missed, or at least allow them to feel unconstrained.
