Hi Student Chapter Advisors -

This is a reminder that it would be a good idea for you and your student
chapter officers to start thinking about filing  annual reports (which
are also self-nominations for student chapter of the year).

Reports are due by May 31 - which means in many cases that you can
capture your current semester students and get them to do the report
right after they have finished the semester and before they disappear.

The report format can be found in the award submission form, which can
be found here: http://www.asis.org/awards/stchyear.htm. At the top of
this page there is an "E-submit" link. What you should do is get your
materials all together, create the report, and then e-submit it.

Please file some kind of report, even if you are not thinking of a
student chapter of the year award. If you are reluctant to use the
e-submission form, then jjust drop me an informal report via e-mail.
