Altmetrics indicators by country

Dear colleagues,

We are preparing a review of the current altmetric tools, most of them 
following the ALM (article-level metrics) PLoS model. Unfortunately 
there is a lack of information about other levels like institutions and 
specially countries. Do you know country-level analysis using Facebook, 
Twitter, Linkedin, Wikipedia, Academia, ResearchGate or other social tools?
