Abstract:
This paper explores the challenges of research performance management in
academia for schools of business with researchers from diverse cultures and
origins who speak and publish in different languages, disciplines, and
methodologies. A method of assessment of research productivity and quality
with both quantitative and qualitative approaches is proposed. A case study
demonstrates how the method call be applied.
