Hello,
This is Jessica Shepherd at The Times Higher Education Supplement in
London. I would be very grateful if anyone who has information on
citation clubs in the US or UK could contact me. I would also like to
hear from anyone who has heard of journals which asks academics to cite
papers the journal has already published in order to have their own
paper published.
