Use of Immediacy Index in studies

Does anyone know of any studies that have used ISI's Immediacy Index? It is (if I remember correctly) part of their Journal Citation Reports package. I have been unsuccessful so far in finding any. My interest lies in their possible use in the study of fast moving literatures in science.
