[Sigmet-officers] CFP for the coming student paper contest

Dear Chaoquin,

In response your query, last year
one reviewer took nearly three weeks, and I was reluctant to send him more than
one reminder.   So I would advise moving
forward the submission date (to April 1?).

Best,
Jonathan.

Subject: [Sigmet-officers] CFP for the coming student paper contest

Dear All,

I put a draft of call for paper for the coming student paper contest
on Google Doc (see link below). Few changes were made based on last
year's CFP. Please feel free to add/modify/change the draft.

PS: I am not quite sure if the due date is appropriate for this year.
My hope is that we can give feedback at least one week before the
deadline of ASIS&T conference submission (April 30, 2012). I roughly
made the due date for our contest April 8, but I am worried that two
weeks might be too tight for reviewers to review papers. Any thoughts?
Thanks.

Best,
Chaoqun Ni
