[Sigmet-officers] CFP + webinars

Dear All,

If the submission deadline is April 8, I think that we will be able to
review the submissions by the end of April.
We have to decide of we want to allow advisors or students only. In any
case in my opinion the paper should not be coauthored by a large number of
seniors, only the by PhD advisor (or perhaps in some cases two advisors?)
of the student. Personally I prefer student only.
Workshop: I think that the workshop can do without a projector - there are
enough laptops/tablets, I think there was agreement on this at the
workshop. Cassidy, you did not order food last time, but we still got it,
and as I understand we also had to pay for it at the end. Without food is
fine, the question is will the hotel agree to this arrangement? Also a
coffee break with some cookies would be nice, but if there is a coffee
place nearby (or in the lobby), the whole group can go there to have coffee.

The webinar arrangements (free and small payment) are fine with me.
Regards,
Judit
