If you find a way to differentiate them beforehand be
sure to tell the rest of us about it! There's some
risk involved, but nothing risked nothing gained, i.e.
Sales.

We do audits and then provide a small recommendation
to illustrate how the problems are solved without
doing too much work or giving away the whole solution.
Picking the right level of fidelity is key.

> for many of you, is your whole service offering!

It doesn't have to be a strict "usability" audit, it
could be a design or IA audit. It could be a
usability, useful, and desire audit. Lots of
possibilities. Mmmmmmmmm, good.
