I'm kind of offering free evaluations as part of a conversion effort. 
It's a "Sign up for my mail list and once a month I pull an email 
from a hat" campaign.

Still partially thought out. Haven't formalized what metrics I'll 
include, how or if I'll screen or what reproduction stipulations I'll 
include...

Well, since all I have to go on is there email address, and most 
people use an obscure Yahoo, etc. address, I won't have much 
choice... Plus, there's a matter of ethics there :)

Yeah, you have a point there. Maybe I'll do a "monthly drawing to 
apply for..."  and then do some screening at that level... 'cause it 
is legit to not give your favorite email to an unknown potentially 
ethics-challenged, span marketer e-zine list.
