[Sigia-l] Recommendations on Chat Tools for Intranet

I work for a company called JanRain and we develop a communications 
platform called Pibb (http://pibb.com).

Its real time chat with everything archived, all based on OpenID, great 
for a variety of uses including what you mentioned.
