Key Responsibilities
•	Conducts competitive research and makes product strategy recommendations
•	Writes product requirements, use cases, and functional
specifications, with an emphasis on agile prototyping methods and
interpersonal collaboration over exhaustively detailed documentation
•	Primary liaison between product team and engineering team,
collaborating daily with both
•	Project manages feature releases and user acceptance testing
•	Writes UI copy and Help documentation
•	This position is full-time and reports to the VP of Product Design.

Candidate Attributes
Curious, insightful, methodical customer advocate meets out-of-the box
creative thinker, extremely detail-oriented, technically savvy,
comfortable working in an unstructured environment, energetic,
independent-minded

Candidate Experience
•	5+ years experience as web producer, product manager (web-based
applications) and/or interaction designer
•	Expert-level skills with Omnigraffle and/or Visio, Microsoft Office
and online survey tools
•	Successful track record working with software engineering teams
(especially in LAMP stack environments)
•	Experience building interactive prototypes using HTML, CSS,
Javascript, Photoshop/ImageReady, Fireworks and/or Flash
•	2+ years study in HCI/human factors, or equivalent work experience
involving usability engineering highly desirable
•	Knowledge of the space and participation in online communities essential

lets members do work, meet in real time, and connect their projects to

with the entire process. Software historically has been about people
interacting with technology. The popularity of social networks has
taught us that people would rather interact with people when they are
online. And so MyQuire developed a powerful and comprehensive tool for
projects that puts people – not technology - at the center of the
project.
