I've noticed a number of my colleagues sneaking the word "Senior" in
before their job titles recently. And who can blame them? By the time
you reach 28, you're pretty grown up.

However, when you say "The majority of the senior IAs I am interviewing
are at best Junior" do you mean you are recruiting for seniors, but are
getting juniors instead? Surely their CVs would clue you to that fact
before you waste your time (and theirs) with an interview?
