For me too.

But change comes at some cost.  It's stressful for users.  There's a 
learning curve.  Productivity drops before it rises.  I try not to 
automatically jump ahead to the end point ... but to look carefully 
at this phase of implementation ... how such stress might be 
reduced.  How can the users be more in control of their work lives, 
even as they are receiving new and different tools that are a break 
from their past?
