Prototyping is part of a standard UCD approach, although it doesnt happen as
much as it does at it's time consuming. At the moment there are tools you
can build a prototype in, i've done so using flash and dreamweaver in the
past, but it's a very long winded process and the prototype is seperate to
the final result. I consider it should be generated in the same way as the
final project and - from structure out.

I'm saying that get the struture tool right and protoyping becomes much much
less time consuming and be part of the same stream as the final project, not
a seperate branch. This is a hypothesis at the moment and one that I would
need to test.
