[Sigia-l] IA's Responsibility

Actually, I have seen examples where the user is given the option
outright to click cancel, or just enter w/o the PIN. So this is a
business decision that some have decided is not that importnat to them
and others have.

Some people don't know that there are repricussions for using their
debit card as a debit. I.e. you don't get miles from airlines and
other loyalty programs if you use it as a debit instead of a credit.
Otherwise to the end user what diff does it make if you use the debit
side?

To me this is a company like Walmart quibbing over pennies, but it
fits their brand that they are about saving pennies. But at Whole Food
when I swipe my card they are a lot cleaner about differentiating b/c
they are NOT about pennies, they are about higher margins on their
product. I.e. they have made customer experience a higher priority.

Please refer to stock growth over 52-weeks for the two companies. ;)
