If only it were that simple. So, when someone comes to BR and  
displays the rate, then the customer calls company X for a rate and  
doesn't state that they got the rate from BR (in fact, not giving the  
referral), then? Is hiding the # behind a click better? Or revealing  
the contact info directly for each lender and trying a different  
"revenue" model?

Not so direct, now is it?
