I used it for a couple of months and found it very useful.

Then they started charging me money for it, although I never was  
never told "We're going to start charging you for it"

Then I cancelled my account, and they charged me for the next month  
anyway.

All in all, it was a fairly unpleasant experience. I do love O'Reilly  
books though.
