I agree. It's just beta right now and I'd hope for the service to evolve 
into a tool or at least "also-a-tool" as it develops over the next few 
months. Also, since user research and surveys is a pretty big market, people 
like us constitute only one part of it. I'd think it's a small part and I'm 
sure that the creators of the service realize this too.

I don't think I called it a tool. Whether the service is comparable to 
MeasureMap and other products depends upon how you view it. In light of my 
previous mail, I'd think it addresses a much larger market and therefore 
promises to be a much more sustainable business than MM.
