The 7th International Workshop on Internationalisation of Products and
Systems (IWIPS'05) is the latest in a series of annual international
conferences highlighting top quality research and industry experience in the
development of systems and interfaces for international and intercultural
use.

The IWIPS field is committed to the belief that in order to develop products
and systems for a global market, it is necessary to understand international
user differences, the effects of cultural backgrounds on user behaviour and
the practical aspects of designing, developing and supporting international
systems.

The conference will be held in the historic centre of Amsterdam and will
offer a proven mix of tutorials, keynote presentations, paper presentations,
demonstration booths, poster presentations, panels, interactive sessions and
informal social events to optimise the cross-fertilization of information
and ideas from researchers and practitioners in this multi-disciplinary
field.
