Excellent. You and Bill have identified the problem: it's not a matter of
in/out-house label that's the problem, it's the "deliverables" culture
(which happens to be a pet peeve of mine, as you may know :-). Yes,
sometimes you need specialists, but for the vast majority of cases, for
example, we don't have half dozen surgeons walking in and out of the OR
doing disjointed parts of surgery on the same patient.

You have been dealing with the wrong kind. :-) I predict most of these
"deliverables" guys will be outsourced out of existence:
