Obviously you've never attended a test screening in Encino...

On a more serious note, a few years ago "Dynamics of Document Design"
essentially advocated a UCD process for graphic designers. And there's no
reason why UCD techniques couldn't be applied in that field -- aside from
cultural resistance from graphic designers and the fact most clients
wouldn't pay for it.
