Folks,

I've run perhaps one of the most widely used and respected hockey forums for
the past 5 years and can tell you that no "constitution" of any sort will
solve every problem nor make everyone happy.  You can almost never make
everyone happy.

Our community here, like the one in my hockey forum, is a cross section of
society.  There are those we get along with and ones we don't.  With the
latter, in "real" life, we simply avoid these people or politely smile and
nod when forced to interact with them.  Shouldn't we do the same here?

Take all messages with a grain of salt and appreciate the fact that we have
people participating here with a broad range of experience and opinions.  As
IAs, we should know that not everyone is "like me" and that people will
function/behave at varying frequencies, many that are different from the
ones we each are accustomed to.  Let's savor the variety here!
