Ziya,

As a person that has responsibility over a Fortune 50 website, I am very familiar with the Customer Respect Organization. For the most part, in my opinion, this survey is about nothing more that a quest for the almighty dollar. It is not about transparency or disclosure or even good practices. Sure they rank the Fortune 100, but in order to find out how and why, you have to pay $5000!!!! That's absurd.
