What isn't? I didn't mean to endorse them, just reporting. :-)
The reason why I point to these studies/surveys/etc here from time to time
is to give folks another tool to convince their management/client who
wouldn't believe anything unless it was a study/survey/etc, especially with
a price tag attached. I usually point this out with sarcasm as well,
although I didn't this time.

I hear you. In another life, I was a marketing counsel to a gigantic
Japanese electronics company and I used to get a lot of requests for surveys
(for inclusion). To be unpolite they were shakedowns.
