Job Title:    WEB PRODUCER 
Work Location:    San Antonio, Texas 
Schedule:    5 DAY WORK WEEK 

Oversees the development of user interfaces for web sites and browser-based
software applications by applying specialized skills in information
architecture, interaction design and project management which includes:
Producing information architecture diagrams and ensuring that all design
deliverables meet internal standards for usability, visual branding, legal
compliance and technical quality, planning the budget, schedule and resource
requirements for all design deliverables in support of projects and
maintenance requests, supervising designers and third-party resources in the
execution of the design process, serving as the primary point of contact for
internal customers and responds to customer requests for information and
issue resolution, reviewing use cases, requirements and other artifacts to
identify appropriate interaction design strategies, identifying and
assisting in the development of content and graphics that support target
audience and business objectives, supporting usability engineering
activities by planning and overseeing the development of design prototypes
for testing and expert evaluations and enforces and contributes to
enterprise design standards and supports the continuous improvement of the

Required: Minimum three years experience in the designing of content and
user interfaces for browser-based applications. One year of formal project
management or equivalent work experience with resource management. Must have
experience leading and/or working on project teams to accomplish aggressive
goals and meet strict deadlines. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Willing to
work late evenings, weekends and overtime. Must submit portfolio of
completed projects.

Preferred Background: Three years of formal project management or equivalent
work experience with resource management. Financial services background.
Experience in designing desktop applications or back office interfaces.
Experience developing and implementing processes, systems, procedures and
standards for web content development. Formal training and/or experience in
project management and usability engineering.
