I'll take a stab 

Short answer - No.

Long answer [if it's a linux box] - Yes, but it involves doing things like
running the CodeWeavers CrossOver plugin, or maybe a Windows instance
running in VMWare. While this might work to prove the concept - I wouldn't
want to depend on it [although IME, vmware is pretty stable]

If it's a "real" Unix box, then no idea - again probably not.

It's quite easy to extract data from Access and move it to something like
MySQL - is that a possible solution ?
