[Sigia-l] GIS and IA (was Dreaming of a career in IA)

I posted to my GIS board about GIS and IA. The following was commented on
my GIS board by one of our members, Tom Lowenhaupt, who works with Community
Board 3 in Queens, NY. He refers to a paper on Augmented Social Networks
posted on their website (url below). Anyone interested in this subject may
continue to watch this discussion at
http://www.yahoogroups.com/group/gismonyc.
Another member of my group was interested in finding an "expert" on "map
blogging" for an upcoming meeting. Anyone know such an animal?
