I don't think anybody is saying that technology is a bogeyman. At least 
I'm not. I *love* technology. Ask anybody :-)

All I'm saying is that the technology does not exist to support some of 
my working practices as well as a wall of post-it notes does. I don't 
use a wall of post-it notes because I'm a technophobe. I use it because 
it does a better job than any other tool I have used in the same 
context. I have tried and abandoned tools like Visio in this context 
because they do not perform as well - not because I'm scared of them.

I don't see how the technology used for the end-product has any 
relation to the tools and techniques used to develop it. I use the most 
effective tools I can find. Digital or analog.
