My design-development distillation maps out to vision-implementation.
Project managers, testers, librarians, etc., are not *driving* the vision.
That doesn't mean they are not important, it's just that they are not the
ones giving concrete shape to such intangibles as business objectives, site
architecture, workflow, navigation, branding, etc.
