I know we've had the IA deliverables discussion here, as well; shouldn't 
there be more of a direct connection between the two in the current 
discussion?

To me, these things separate IA from the coding, programming, etc.

Thank you for pointing this out. Our collective memory serves as a very 
effective list FAQ. Things do change in a year, however; specifically, 
membership on this list. It is not an awful thing to review these points 
periodically with fresh input.
