That's a bit tautological, no? Naturally, it will appeal to those who are
likely to buy it, but...

...I don't know where you get the impression *from the flyer* that the book
was narrowly targeting site managers, or even the smaller subset of site
managers for whom the above question is readily resonant. It refers to "user
experience" and, given the AIGA logo there, designers come to mind before
managers.

Surely there are such people. But the irony of that situation remains: these
are the same managers that presided over/approved/managed the very website
that now 'renders the users stupid.' I am not sure that these managers would
want to be reminded of their own role/stupidity in creating the problematic
site in the first place, which was my point.
Anyhow, if the book is targeting a larger audience than that, then I think
the author might be leaving money on the table, with that teaser line.
