The book seems to be targeted at an audience for whom the question "Why
does my web site make our users feel stupid?" has some resonance. I know
plenty of site managers who grit their teeth every time they look at
their own confusing web sites. It sounds like you are not such a person,
that's all. I think the tagline will resonate nicely with a lot of
people who feel like they have to constantly apologize for their web
sites.
