Hi,
I am working on a US site that wants to provide
brochures and information to selected countries .  The
site currently will be in English and in the future
will be localized (not just translated, I hope).

My question regards the order of a list of  these
countries (i.e. English, Spanish, Korean, Japanese,
Chinese, Arabic.) in order to download brocures? 
Also, is Adobe Acrobat universal?

Are there issues around who gets listed first?
In particular Japanese, Chinese and Korean.  Should it
just be alphabetical, or will it generate ill feelings
if one country is viewed as having priority over
another?
