Actually, I was going to suggest something like that --
maybe not an MCSD, but an MCP hasn't hurt me any.

As for relevance... you really wouldn't believe HOW relevant
my knowledge of TCP/IP, IIS and SQL Server have been over
the past five years since I got certified. You may not be a
developer, but you sure have to deal with them.
