Hi Whitney,

Looks like you've pretty much got it
already, barring a little editing.

All the legal agreements that I have
written have been in "plain English",
which comes down a bulleted list of
points, spelling out the business
arrangements.

It reads very plainly, and all makes
good sense. It has also saved me a huge
amount of legal fees, and a 2-page
agreement always makes my customers
happy.

(And yes, I have got these checked by
a lawyer when first written. He looked
at the agreement, and went "yup, looks
fine".)
