Didn't Creative Good create their 15 minutes of fame by proving increased
conversion rates after they'd done their redesign on a site?  I seem to
remember that they had posted some stuff about this and maybe they mentioned
which 'ware they used in their logfile analysis.

A couple of people emailed me to make sure I shared the
results of this question.... errrr

In the meantime, I spoke with a couple of friends yesterday
who are working on redesigns of bigger sites than the one
I'm working on, and neither one had even looked at the logs
for the site!! For shame!
