Tom, I think I wrote you privately about this.

SIGIA is sent From the address "sigia-l-request at asis.org" which you cannot
reply-post to. You must send posts to "sigia-l at asis.org". (That's the
address in the reply-to field.

Your mail reader might try to reply to the first address, which will bounce.
Use the second one.
