No, it cannot be. A unique ID is, by definition, unique. Unless you want to
go into the pedantically absurd exercise of mapping unique IDs (say,
numerical) to other (presumably more digestible alphanumerical) unique IDs,
you'd need to keep the (portion of) unique IDs in the URL.
