[Siged-l] SIG ED Wiki

Hello,

Candy tasked me with putting together a SIG ED site.  I've created a
skeletal site which I hope to move over to a Wiki on the ASIST server
soon. There isn't much content, yet, and there are place holders for
content or features we might have in the future. That's where you come
in -  send me content and ideas and I will add them.

Please take a look at what I have so far.

Ignore the layout and colors and so on - I'll have to see what I can do
in the Wiki.
