Hello:
The results are in.  Thanks to everyone who participated in the election.  

28 people participated in the election of the 2003 SIG/CR officers.  

Everyone was in favor of Mikel Breitenstein as Chair-elect, to serve as
chair in 2004 and everyone was in favor of Allyson Carlyle as
Secretary/Treasurer.  

78% (22) voted for Antoinette Arsic as Communications Officer 
(18% (5) voted for Cindy Campbell and 4% (1) were blank).
