[Sig-l] Proposed Changes in SIG Funding Structure

Note that the first SIG is free, as it has been for a long time. It's the
2nd and further SIGs that costs money. Currently if you join 2 SIGs you
pay $6; if you join 3 you pay $12, etc. So with the proposal it breaks
down:
1 SIG = Free with ASIS&T membership
2-21 SIGs = $10 plus ASIS&T membership
To reiterate, the current situation is:
1 SIG = Free with ASIS&T membership
2 SIGs = $6
3 SIGs = $12
4 SIGs = $18 and so on.
Which we hope will encourage those people who want to join more than one
SIG to join as many as they wish, and not be inhibited by the incremental
increase in dues for each SIG joined.
