This course is designed to help participants define and focus their business information needs: how to access needed information in an expedient and ethical manner and how to evaluate and effectively communicate it to others, thereby transforming information into a body of knowledge that is the basis for action. It will help students determine where to locate competitive information, how to evaluate source credibility, and provide effective analysis from a variety of perspectives.
