> big IA and little IA
After nearly half a decade, this still remains as one of the most obnoxious
phrases around. I mean, yes, a bicycle and a tank are both vehicles, but
what's the point? ;-) I never liked it. Who ever says, "Hi, my name is Judy,
I do little IA."
> big usability and little usability
Well, that's just it. To use your newly minted terminology, I'm looking for
examples of 'big usability' thinking on 'getting the right design.' Where is
the 'big usability' camp hanging out?
