Reminiscent of the MCI Family & Friends plan of yesteryear, I think it's a
great marketing beach head. I'm also delighted that a core service gets its
own, prominent UI treatment. Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's just one
*disjointed* feature, among a sea of software mediocrity on that phone.
What's lacking on virtually all cellphones is precisely this: absence of
cohesion, integration, systems thinking, predictable software behavior and a
underlying sense of delight.
