Hi Ziya,

I loved the analogy from Andy Rutledge - way un-PC and totally unusable 
except amongst other design professionals, but very accurate: the rest 
do just get screwed. I don't know about the commoditisation of design, 
but the cost of tendering for new work even without partial 
implementations is just too scary - personal connections and follow-on 
work are like gold.
