[Sigia-l] Entering CVs online - good interfaces

National security jobs in the US require all these fields (and
others). The forms look like what a police detective would fill out
for a suspect - weight, height, hair and eye color, distinguishing
marks, known affiliations. They also evaluate your sight and hearing,
and make determinations on physical and psychological fitness. I
presume these HR-XML folks have the security-clearance resume market
in mind by including these fields. (If these fields work for models
too, all the better).
