[Sigia-l] is there a word

The first thing that came to my mind is "faceted"
because as you say they represent different aspects of
a thing. Maybe "facet icons" or "attribute icons"
would work. If we need a single, new word, how about
"facicons" (or "facbyls" if icons is determined to be
a misnomer) :)
