Guaranteed to do what?
To pass through the email server?
To reach the email client?
To display as a generic graphic box in the body of the email, because
display of graphics is turned off by the user?
To display in all its Technicolor glory?

Thought I had been clear. Oh, I see the ambiguity.

Guaranteed that - on virtually all likely corporate mail systems - an
attachment

- *will* get there and
- will be openable (it'd be jpg) though they'll have to open it up manually
(I can live with this)
- will not leave any kind of junk in the body of the user's email (eg markup
text)
